
CUSTOMIZED PERSONAL GROUP TRAINING
We also offer customized personal group training, that is a training in small groups of maximum six people. We can give you the time and attention needed to teach you the right techniques and to challenge you physically in order to achieve amazing results. Currently we are offering the Personal Group training “Crossbox”. In this training we combine fun, strength, gymnastics and functional training. Keep an eye on our website and social media for additional personal group training sessions, like Yoga and Boot camp.
