PERSONAL TRAINING SUBSCRIPTIONS
When you choose Personal Training at De Werkplaats, you will receive much more than just 1 on 1 training. Each subscription is including a subscription to our Small Group Trainings and always gives you access to the Free Gym at the terrace of our studio.
TAILOR MADE PERSONAL TRAINING
We believe that hard work pays off. If you give a 100% commitment in reaching your goals, we will give a 100% in our guidance towards you. As personal trainers we help you reaching your goals by giving the right stimulus to your body. And since every goal is unique, our Personal Training is tailor made on the specific needs of your body. We guide you in the process and will teach you techniques and theories so you will be able to keep your body in balance on long term. Each Personal Training trajectory has different elements, but is always adjusted to you as an individual.
PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO IN THE HAGUE
Our Personal Training Studio in The Hague is situated on one of the most unique locations in The Netherlands; right on ‘De Pier’ of Scheveningen. To train here is always a gift, with the view over sea that never gets bored. Next to the indoor studio, we have an outside studio on the terrace of our gym; De Buitenspeelplaats (translated: Outdoor Playground). Directly next to our studio is Healthlab De Pier, where you can fully relax after putting in a hard days work!

Personal Training and Covid
When corona is raging, training at De Werkplaats is under a strict safety protocol. This protocol includes measurements to minimise the risks of Covid-19. Our full studio is open according to a by the RIVM approved protocol, including walking routes and disinfection possibilities.
WHAT DOES PERSONAL TRAINING COST?
Personal Training is an investment in yourself, and maybe it’s even the best investment you will do this year! At De Werkplaats there are different options to choose from. A full Personal Training trajectory starts from €62,50 per week already, but there are also possibilities for Personal Duo Training, where you train with a partner of your chosing. During the intake we will discuss what possibility suits best to your needs and goals. And with that, for each hour of Personal Training you receive 1 credit for a Small Group Training, where we train with a maximum of 6 persons at the time.

All prices are per month, per person and including VAT. The minimal duration of a subscription is 3 months and subsequently, cancellation can take place per calendar month.
